Shonagh Home brings through the Divine Mother wisdom teachings. She is an energetic channel, shamanic practitioner, nutritional therapist, and spiritual teacher. She is the author of the book, Ix Chel Wisdom: 7 Teachings from the Mayan Sacred Feminine.

Through her vast knowledge of traditional healing foods, body wisdom, and avid spiritual exploration, Shonagh fosters healing on multiple levels for her students and private clients. She has worked and travelled extensively with master teachers and shamans, and now conducts workshops for women on self-empowerment and raising consciousness.

Shonagh was initiated into Ix Chel Wisdom (pronounced eeshell) the Mayan Mother Goddess mysteries, through a shamanic ceremony in the Yucatan. Since then, she has been receiving transmissions from her that are centered on the magic of the body and our ability to engage the spirits of nature.
